Return Policy:
Our goals is to ensure your are 100% satisfied with all your purchasing. However, we understand from time to time products my have to be return. If a shipping error occurs due to Medical Place’s error, the Medical Place will pay freight both waysfor return/exchange of goods. If an ordering facility error occurs, the ordering facility will pay return freight and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please call Medical Place, Inc.’scustomer service department for return authorization number (RA#) at (334) 241-0807 or Fax (334) 262-8576. Medical Place, Inc. must authorize all returns. Ordering facilities are responsible for inspecting their Medical Place shipment upon receipt. If it shows any external damage, accept it only after the driver has noted the damage on the delivery receipt of both the driver (his/her) and the customer’s copy. If upon opening a ship- ment, you find a shortage or damage, you must request inspection by the carrier within 15 days of delivery or you will relinquish the right to make a claim.
Medical Place will offer a replacement product at no charge or credit for the item. To insure you receive credit, you must include on each return:- Your name, address and purchase order number.
- The date of order and the product number. - The authorization number. - The reason for the return We cannot accept for return any of the following: - Open chemicals or diagnostics - Refrigerated or other perishables - Items provided by Medical Place that are a special order or custom fitted items - Discontinued items - Items not purchased from Medical Place Return shipments of hazardous material must be packed and labeled to meet DoT regulations. All shipping documents must meet DoT regulations.
